I’m Mno,  a product designer from Johannesburg.

I’m a product designer and design leader with over 12 years of experience creating digital experiences that feel intuitive and human. I care deeply about design and how it connects people to the products they use. My work is grounded in empathy, creativity, and solving real problems.

I lead product design for business banking, where I focus on building user-friendly digital products and channels. I use user-centered design methods to make sure every experience is thoughtful and easy to use. I work closely with product managers, engineers, and other teams to bring ideas to life. I also care about creating a positive, supportive environment where my team can do their best work. I’ve been exploring AI tools and how they can help speed up design and improve the way we work. I’m naturally curious, and I’m always learning and trying new things, especially when it helps me grow as a designer and leader.
